All are sold-as is. Exchanges and store credit can be made for another piece by Gartner Blade Glass.

SHIPPING
We ship via Fedex Ground, fully insured.
We can assure our experitse packing of art glass!
However if there are any breakages what to do
In regards to any breakage, please unpack and inspect your work within 48 hours of receiving.
Keep all original packaging and photograph boxes and all damaged goods.
Contact us immediately about your damaged work. We will proceed to contact Fedex to file a claim of damage.
If you do not inspect your work within 48 hours, we cannot file a claim and will not be liable for any damages to your glass piece.
